Growing a day, bones stop growing, so it’s wise to build are serving of bone& calcium that I’ll be needed in the future. Woman in their 40’s can start to lose bones density. Dairy foods, leafy green veggies & fish to boost calcium in take. That's why my parents they drink milk. From now on I use to eat veggies for long life! :D
