Now a days I try to shape up for my diet in the morning I eat oatmeal for my lunch one cup of rice and for my supper oatmeal again but I drink lot of water. One of my friend advice me How to shape this year? She share me her secrets try to 'step up' exercise to tone your calves. Stand on the stairway on the balls of ur feet but the rest of your foot. To balance yourself, use a wall. Slowly rise on toes as high as you can & hold for 3 secs. Lower calf muscles to push yourself up & down. Ok! thanks friend i will try this everyday anyways I dont have a work yet , so why not to shape up so that feel wow looking wow!!
