I've been walking for almost 3 weeks already, and I'm glad that I'm not catching my breath anymore...I have this device the pedometer that will counts how far you walk , dist , and kcal you made! It feels me better ,I do this everyday with my son Lorenz. He ride his bike me I do my walking..suppose to be I will make 10,000 step-a -day by since I'm HB I have to slow down..
As what I have read W A L K I N G is the # 1! running...no...cycling...no...skating...no! Because I burn almost as many calories as jogging.I'm trying to stay healthy and fit =)
