Feeling wow..looking wow

Good Morning sunshine the weather today is 42 degrees. I'm wearing my sock with individual toes. After here I will clean our bath tub. Finally I have a scrubber for our tub. Because yesterday we went to Columbus. My hubby Eric he buy some polo shirt at JCPenny because they have big weekend sale, he brought 3 pcs of polo shirt. And this morning he wear his new shirt and he was so surprise he don't need to stretch! "I said to him that's good" he rply "Maybe I lose weight" Well much better! para "Feeling wow, Looking wow". (wink) As in yesterday we go shopping!! Sometimes we have to go out para dili ma boring. lol

It's a wet2x Friday morning and it's cold too. I go back to sleep and I wake up around 1 P.M. I feel so sleepy because of the medicine that I took last night for my allergies the zyrtec.
Pizza for supper..we suppose to go out. Anyways it's OK , so that we can save also. I have nothing to say because I feel like I'm sleepy already.

My day started with a headache. Eric and Lorenz they are not here already. Last night I was surprise , that REJECT!. In fact I don't have any pending at all they already approved that post. This morning I edit and resubmit. Hope they will respond my complain. Anyways , it happen..nobodies perfect. Oppss! It's already 9:30 A.M. I have to be ready. Kenia came 11:00 A.M. She has a doctors appointment around 12:45 P.M. at Albany. On our way to the doctors office or clinic we get something to eat we stopped at Chick-fil-A. Oh,may that was good! The chicken sandwich.. mMm yum2x and their waffle potato fries also, a mouth watery :P
Kenia's husband called her , he can't go to get the kids at the school. Kenia said that aggravate her because she still want to go somewhere...anyways, it's Ok we still have next time. hehehe :)
For our supper I cook Humbuger helper and french bread just because I want to use the milk "sayang man gud". I think they enjoy the food , Lorenz eat it also.

today

I start cleaning our room this morning but it seems I'm not feeling good I have headache. I take a rest for awhile,lying down until I fall a sleep. I wake up around 10:45 A.M. and then I have to finish what I have started! Lorenz he will be here around 1 P.M. it's their early dismissal today.
I start preparing food for our supper. It's chicken, mash potatoes and veggie salad. Dinner is ready! Lorenz they have practice for baseball tonight around 6 P.M. at MUDCATS field 3.

going banana

Monday;. school and working days. MeH! doing my daily routine.(wink) checking my mail and of course the opp. Oh! I called my friend Kenia to drop by here in our place because I have something for her that I make last night , banana bread. Hope they will like it.
The ingredients for that banana bread is from my mom , she got that from a old recipe book. I think that was 1970's Because that time she was a working student and she was a sign in the kitchen. So until now that's our specialty and we love it!

Banana bread
2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c milk (evap)
1/2 tsp iodized salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 c margarine (milted)
2 pcs. banana

mix the dry first then the liquid
350 degrees for 30-45 min

Cleaning time since I don't have something to grab yet and while Kenia is not here yet. I have to move my butt away on this computer for a while. brb ;D

Spring time

Look at those pics. It's so nice and wonderful! Today, Friday is the officially the first day of spring . I heard the sound of the wind was chill blowing and it's nice the sun shines hot today,what a wonderful day! It is spring time already. Everything is blooming every field is clothed with grass, and every tree with leaves. Everything is open up...so everyone is happy.(wink)
Actually this is my first time to experience spring season because in the Philippines we only have a tropical climate so we have 3 season.
A cooler, dry season from November to February, the hot and dry season from March to June marks the summer and the rainy season with high humidity and rainfall follows from June until October. The temperatures depending on the season are between 31 to 33°C and humidity between 65 to 90 percent.It's so different.

Like now the weather it's in 61 degrees but I feel cold. My hands so cold I'm wearing my sweat pants and sweat shirt. Anyways, they said when it's spring time at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt!oh,really?!

It's so sweet of you even though your at work you still thinking of me.(wink) When I see that flowers , a beautiful thought comes in my mind which makes me smile....smile that he didn't see that smile this few days. DST

Sunday we set our clocks ahead by an hour, as daylight saving time. "Spring forward" that creates another hour of sunlight in the evening.

Like this Monday morning, Lorenz he don't want to wake up yet because when he saw outside it's still dark! And I told him just because of the DST. Why?Because DST, can help us also to conserve energy.Plus we can use the lights less. And also is about giving more time to work and play. This is good for you kids "Early to Bed, Early to Rise, makes healthy wealthy and wise". But honestly because I'm not used to it sometime I feel weird because the time ticking so fast! tick..tick tak!

Good n Bad news

Thursday afternoon we received a good news that Lorenz his on the news paper The Student of the Week in their school Webster County here in Preston City. Yesterday Eric received a call from his mother that his gradmom is not in good condition. It so sad to think that if there's good news...the bad news is also there! Life! So this morning Eric cooking for our breakfast it's the biscuit,scramble eggs and pork sausage. We love it! thanks you babe.muahhh ;D Eric he will call his parents later what's gonna be the plan. ??? we don't know yet. Will see :(

So 'Holodomor started in the year 1932-1933' It was a Unbiased information and facts about the 'Golodomor' in the Soviet Union.During that time their are lot's of innocence people suffering for hunger.So, how many people died in the Holodomor? Million contituting the most likely number. Meaning the whole truth about Holodomor is not yet fully known to the world. The international community must give that crime it's proper name genocide, with was planned and executed to destroy Ukrainian people.Maybe with our help to the Ukraine we have to shout for them so that they will continue to do its utmost to bring the truth about tragedy of Holodomor to the world at large.The generations have come and gone, but the horrors of 1932-1933 remain in the hearts of the survivors and their descendants. Lets pray with them together so that they have peace of mind. It so sad ;(

Pansit Palabok Ingredients:

Palabok Noodles / Sauce

• 1/2 kilo miki noodles

• 1/2 kilo small crabs

• 5 cloves of garlic, minced

• 1 onion, chopped

• 2 tablespoons of atchuete seeds or oil

• 2 tablespoons of patis (fish sauce)

• 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, dissolved in water

• 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate (MSG)

• 1 1/2 cups of water

Palabok Toppings

• Tinapa flakes (smoked fish)

• Cooked shrimps, shelled

• Squid adobo, sliced into rings

• Pork chicharon, grounded

• Spring onions, chopped

• Hard boiled eggs, shelled, sliced

• Fried garlic, minced

• Fresh calamansi (lemon), sliced
