This morning I bake banana bread, but I'm a little upset because it's not looking good..it's not what I'm expecting. I don't know what's wrong with it! I'm using the loaf pan ..grrrr Ambot!! I made that for my friend Kenia ,because Saturday..blessing for their new house. I don't know if I will make it again tomorrow, I'm just wasting the ingredients!This is our specialty making banana bread... with my mother & sister. As what Eric said maybe because of the temperature outside it's to hot..i don't know!
